I have contacted live chat support for different types of issues so many times, but have never had to wait for more than a few seconds to get a response, let alone minutes. It is seriously impressive to the point I have sometimes wondered how do they manage it.
The responses are not vague or asking to go through a random helpdesk article. Every time, the issues have been resolved in a very professional manner by each support agent (Or Happiness Engineers as Chemicloud calls them).

All the plans come with unlimited email accounts, free migration of your websites from your current hosting provider, free LetsEncrypt SSL, and free daily backups. However, Malware protection is included only in the Pro and Turbo plan.
Overall, the Pro plan offers the best value for money with unlimited websites. If you are an agency with multiple client websites, upgrading to the Turbo plan might be worthy due to the increased disc space, enhanced speed, and power.
