There is a small onboarding step before where you have to define your language, country, and the currency you run your business.
It gives an overall view of the sales numbers, the number of services you offer, and the details of your clients.
These data can be filtered based on the service type, and the time period. The period can be set to the last 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, quarter, etc. You can also see the all-time numbers if you wish so.
You can also view the analytics on the visitors to your booking page, based on the number of visitors who landed on the page, interacted with you, and contacted you further.
Once you get a hang of navigating the dashboard and exploring all the options on the sidebar, you can then proceed to set up your booking page.
First up, you can give a title to your storefront and edit the default URL to match your business name or personal brand.
It is also possible to change the default hero image or banner with your own. This can be done separately for both Desktop and Mobile views to help the page be well customized.
Next up, you can provide your designation which would give a hint of your expertise, give some tags to match the service type, and also give a label name for the Button which serves as a call to action.
Next up, you can provide a detailed description of yourself and the services you offer in the About Me section. You can do basic editing of the font and also hyperlink any text if you prefer.
Up to 4,000 characters can be added to this section, therefore you can give a pretty detailed description of your services.
Finally, you can add your contact information and the available hours of your business so that it reflects on the booking page.
At any point, you can preview the page both in Desktop and Mobile view. It is also possible to add a FAQ section on the booking page where you can provide as many details as possible.
In the contact section, you can provide the duration of the consultation call by choosing between 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes or providing a custom duration.
You can then choose the location of the meeting either physical location or online. If a physical location, you can choose your own address or that of the customer and for online, Zoom and Google Meet are supported.
Another really impressive feature in Oode is the built-in chat feature which you can enable on the booking page setting.
Finally, you can your social links on the page with icons built-in for all the major social media platforms.
Under the Services page, you can provide a short description of the service you offer, and make it either a scheduled call. It is also possible to add short bullet points to convey important things much faster and easier.
Finally, you can define the price of the service if it is a paid one and include taxes on top of it if applicable.
When it comes to integrations, you can connect with Stripe and PayPal for collecting payments, but recurring payments are only supported in Stripe.
For syncing your bookings and appointments, you can connect with Outlook and Google Calendar. Additionally, Zapier integration is available too which opens up opportunities to connect with hundreds of other apps.
There is a free plan and only one paid plan that costs $49 per month.
The main difference is that you can accept payments only in the paid plan and also custom domain support is not available in the free plan.
Detailed analytics is also exclusive to the paid plan and along with email marketing as well. When it comes to customer support, you get priority support and personal onboarding with the paid plan.
To wrap up, Oode is a pretty good all-in-one business management tool that you can use mainly for scheduling, managing your finances, and accepting payments.

There could be more payment gateway integrations, but if you are already a user of Stripe, it is a decent option to rely on to run and grow your business.
