Dashboard and User Interface
Once you complete the initial sign-up process, you are welcomed to the onboarding which includes the first step of adding a team icon.
In the next step, you can add your main profile picture along with your date and time settings and format.
After that, you can set up notifications whether to receive or not for new events, updated events, canceled events, cancel requests, cover requests, leave requests, etc.
Finally, you can connect your account to Google Calendar to sync all your events, schedules, and requests.
After you have completed all the above steps, you can then add your team members. All you need is their main email address, first name, and last name. You can either add them as the admin or just a member.
It is also possible to invite users in bulk or to share an invite link instead of an email invite.
Once everything is set up, you can start with a sample board or build a new board from scratch. In the main settings of each board, you can add any event or location that is related to the particular board.
You can add events and save them as a template if you want to use the same event under a different board.
It is possible to give a title and a brief description of the event, the people participating, timing, location, any breaks planned, etc. to give a complete overview of the event for everyone involved.
Changes can be made to the templates at any point and updated. In addition to individual users, you can also add groups to the event if you have already set up groups.
